WeWork 

DREAM Collaborative partnered with WeWork in order to create a collaborative space for offices and executive suites. We began by 

evaluating which site would best meet our clients needs. By creating Due Diligence Reports, assessing egress requirements, checking on

 utilities, equipment, rentable areas, services provided, etc... our team landed on 200 Berkeley street. An historic building, with

large floor plates and good access to shops and restaurants nearby, what started as 4 floors of interior renovation, grew to 6, as 

WeWork saw more opportunity for growth.

200 Boylston - Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration - Working with WeWork as their architects of record provided several insights. The large-scale, process driven production environment, as well as the client-designer contract interface, offered distinct deviations from the standard project delivery path.
