Office Structure
Being part of a national office provides many opportunities and a few challenges. Since Moody Nolan only recently had become a national practice, the structure of the office nationally could still be defined and shaped.
​
I took some time to create my own understanding and structure of the national office, taking initiatives from other teamates, including a principal, and committees in order to shape a graphical illustration of how the office operates nationally and looking to shape a structure that could be built upon and used as a tool rather than just a depiction.
